Ok, so the dictionary doesn’t literally say that; but as small business owners, it feels pretty accurate doesn’t it? There’s always one more thing we could be doing, feel like we should be doing, and would be doing if it weren’t for the 25000 other things we have to do too.

On the morning we’ll check in to discuss what you’d like me to achieve in the day, and then during the day I’ll get on with it! At lunchtime, I’ll send you an update of where I’m at so far, so that you can give me any feedback before I resume during the afternoon.

On the morning, we can check in via email or Zoom. Then during the day we can chat via email again or via Voxer (which is a bit like Whatsapp but for businesses, and doesn’t require sharing your phone number).

I will send over the finished copy in a google doc format, unless something else is more appropriate.

To make the most of your booking, I ask for everything I need by 9am on the day of. This helps me hit the ground running!
